Matthew Atkins

CEO & CIO

In 2011 Matthew co-founded Panima Capital to expand his trading model to accommodate additional investor capital. Matthew also leads the Investment Committee; his expansive knowledge of the financial markets and consistent investment approach is invaluable to the team.

Matthew Shields

DIRECTOR

Starting his career working for Deutsche Bank in Hedge fund credit team in NYC before moving to Caza Oil & Gas as a Financial Analyst in Houston. Matthew then moved to London as a trader before joining Panima Capital in 2012 and is now a Director/Partner.

Andrew Myles

COO

With 12 years in Financial Services, Andrew began at Fidelity International in Fixed Income and Derivatives Operations, later transitioning to the Pricing team & Fixed Income Arbitrage. He currently manages Operations for Panima’s UK and Cayman Island entities.

Ben Compton

DIRECTOR

Having graduated from the University of Birmingham with a first-class master’s degree in Physics, Ben gained experience within JPMorgan and HSBC before becoming one of the founding partners of Panima Capital in 2011. He uses his analytical background to help drive growth and innovation in all areas of the fund.

Ben McGuiness

DIRECTOR

Ben began personal investing in 2009 following his graduation from Loughborough University. Ben has been successfully investing his capital through McGuiness Capital since 2011. In 2013 Ben joined Panima Capital, Ben’s in-depth research approach and consistent investment decisions add to Panima’s blend of investment managers.

Born from our own experience as a multi-asset fund, we provide regulatory hosting and hedge fund platform services to support the growth of emerging managers.
